Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plain yogurt (or milk)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. - Add wet ingredients
Add yogurt and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms. - Knead briefly
Knead for about 1–2 minutes until smooth. - Divide the dough
Make 6–8 small balls. - Flatten
Roll or press each ball into a small round flatbread. - Cook
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook each bread 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear. - Optional
Brush with butter or garlic butter for extra flavor.
Result: Soft, fluffy skillet bread perfect for wraps, dipping, or sandwiches.
