Quick 10 Minute Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or milk)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients
    In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients
    Add yogurt and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead briefly
    Knead for about 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough
    Make 6–8 small balls.
  5. Flatten
    Roll or press each ball into a small round flatbread.
  6. Cook
    Heat a pan over medium heat and cook each bread 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
  7. Optional
    Brush with butter or garlic butter for extra flavor.
