Ingredients:
2 medium-sized carrots
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup of water (about 250 ml)
(Optional) A small piece of fresh ginger or a pinch of ground ginger
(Optional) 1 teaspoon of natural honey
Preparation:
- Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
- Blend the carrots with the water until smooth.
- (Optional) Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother drink.
- Add the lemon juice and stir well.
- (Optional) Add honey or ginger for extra flavor and benefits.
- Drink one cup every morning before breakfast, for 5 consecutive days.
