Rotel Cream CheeseSausage Balls

Ingredients:

uncooked

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese

softened

1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes

and green chilies, drained

134 cups Bisquick baking mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the

uncooked sausage, softened cream

cheese, and drained Rotel

Add the Bisquick baking mix and

shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until

well combined

Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls

and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the

sausage balls are golden brown and

cooked through

Serve warm and enjoy!
