Crispy Fried Green Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large green tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Method
1) Slice the tomatoes
Wash the green tomatoes and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. Pat dry with paper towels.
2) Season
